How Much Does It Cost?

Catering for up to 12 guests, The Fitzroy Suite is located in our corporate headquarters directly across the road from the hotel. For comparable space, our prices are amongst the most competitive in London with half-day hire at a joyously low £149.00 including a host of extras, as you’d expect from the Rathbone.

  • Rates from £100.00 based on a minimum of 2 hours
  • Full Day Room Hire – £199.00
  • Half-Day Room Hire – £149.00

For that cost, not only do you get the classically furnished room, we offer you a whole lot more, including:

  • Filtered infused water
  • Complimentary high-speed wi-fi access
  • Direct-dial phone line
  • AV equipment (LCD Projector, Tripod Screen, 32” Flat-Screen TV, DVD Player)
  • Flipchart with pens
  • A suite of stationery

And for a small additional charge we will also take care of your photocopying, faxing and other office-related peripherals.

We offer all-inclusive Day Delegate Rates (for a minimum of eight people) at £55.00 pp which include the extras listed above as well as morning coffee and pastries, mid-morning coffee and biscuits, a traditional working lunch and afternoon tea and even more biscuits… we want to make sure you’re alert and energised!
