We always offer advantageous direct rates on our website. If you find the same room, for the same dates, offered at a lower publicly available price elsewhere online, we will happily match it.
To ensure clarity and fairness, price-match requests must meet the following criteria:
How Our Direct Rate Promise Works
- Your original reservation must be made through rathbonehotel.co.uk.
- The lower rate must be publicly available and bookable online, with identical conditions:
room type, dates, number of guests, cancellation policy, payment terms, and any inclusions. - Please submit a claim within 24 hours of your original booking.
- If approved, we will adjust your rate to match the lower price.
- Differences under £4 are not eligible, due to exchange-rate fluctuations.
- The lower rate must still be available at the time of verification.
- The comparison applies to room rates only, excluding taxes, service charges, package components, or opaque booking sites.
How To Submit A Claim
Simply email our reservations team:
- your Rathbone booking confirmation,
- the website link where you found the lower rate,
- and a screenshot showing the rate and conditions.
We will review your request within two working days, and if eligible, we will amend your booking accordingly.
