Via Emilia
By scout
Inspired by his deep pride in Emilia-Romagna – the northern Italian region where handmade egg pasta was born – a passionate local created a restaurant devoted to its culinary heritage. Every dish, ingredient, and recipe at Via Emilia comes exclusively from this region, celebrating its rich traditions with true authenticity.
The menu showcases classic fresh hand-rolled pasta dishes from each Emilian city, following time-honoured family recipes. Guests can also enjoy London’s first Gnocco Fritto – light, gently fried dough served with cured meats and cheeses – and, of course, a glass of traditional Lambrusco, the sparkling red wine poured as tradition dictates, into ceramic bowls.
Intimate yet open, featuring a mix of white marble, dark-stained wood, and touches of aged steel and copper, the design pairs classic Italian charm with contemporary flair, creating a warm, inviting setting that perfectly matches the spirit of Emilia-Romagna.
